Stephen is a director of Mulcahy McDonagh & Partners with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is highly accomplished in the cost management of large-scale commercial developments and fit-outs. Stephen is also an experienced Project Manager and heads up our Building Information Modelling (BIM) department and our Mechanical and Electrical cost management Department. His extensive experience in the cost management and development of large scale, complex projects has earned him an excellent reputation.
