Overview

The NUI Student Cultural Centre involved significant internally demolition and alterations to reconfigure an existing structure and provide new cellular offices on the ground and first floor, with the installation of new steel roof trusses in the existing hall, and the installation of new folding partitions.

Works to the existing façade provided for new revolving entrance door and windows, with roof lights set into the existing roof and the existing north lights on the roof are to receive new roof finish.

New mechanical and electrical installations, with associated plant & equipment were installed to service the new faciality, along with associated site development works and drainage.
