This project is a Part V scheme for FCC/The Iveagh Trust in the new urban area of Millers Glen in north Swords, Co Dublin.
The development comprises 14 apartment and duplex units, with surface car parking and bike shelter. The elevations are generally a mixture of brickwork and self-coloured render.
