Linn Dara is an award winning project which provides for a ‘Child and Adolescent Mental Health’ (CAMHS) Inpatient Unit for young people under the age of 18.

This low energy, sustainably designed building, incorporates two distinct inpatient units, an intensive observation unit, an upper administration level, gymnasium hall, school facilities for patients, family apartment and associated plant and ancillary accommodation. The work also entailed the demolition of existing structures on site, modifications to external boundaries, reconfiguration and extension of an existing carpark on site and associated hard and soft landscaping works.
