Overview
The project comprised of a new double height sports hall, with single story ancillary accommodation to the side, including entrance lobby, changing rooms, control room and stores. This new standalone faciality is located on the grounds of Holy Child School (HCS) in Killiney, Co Dublin.
The siteworks included for the formation of a new emergency vehicular entrance & access road off Seafield Road, Killiney to service the sports hall, along with all necessary underground services, paths, and site enclosures.
A new pedestrian access path & steps from the existing school also formed part of the scope of works
