CoLab, based on the Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT) campus, provides flexible office space, and outstanding facilities, for high-potential start-ups.
This project comprised of an extension to the state-of-the-art Incubation, Research and Enterprise centre with over 2500 square metres of accommodation to support entrepreneurs at every stage of business development.
The CoLab building provides meeting and conference rooms complete with high-tech audio-visual equipment, co working hubs, business offices, research units and “clean rooms”, canteen, and associated external works
