The Adamstown District Centre, as part of an SDZ Masterplan, comprises a mixed development totalling 200,000m2 of buildings over a 50,000m2 basement car park including:

- Civic Buildings – 4,000m2

- Multi-storey Carpark – 15,000m2
The Town Centre also includes the development of a rail station, bridge over the railway and public plaza & infrastructure.
