Overview
The project comprised the major refurbishment and extensions to an existing 5-storey building on St. Stephen’s Green to provide 100,000 sq. ft. of modern office space. MMP were actively involved in the procurement of the facade contract which sourced potential facade contractors from Europe with the package eventually awarded to a large Italian company.
