John has been a director with MMP since 1980 and was chairman from 2004 to 2008 and is currently Managing Director. John has served on many professional committees within the Construction Industry. He was President of The Society of Chartered Surveyors in 2002. He works in educational, medical, commercial, residential and refurbishment projects. John is responsible for MMP’s Sligo office, and he is also a director with MMP Health & Safety Ltd. and MMP Project Management Ltd.

Corry has been a director with MMP since 1978 and was managing director from 2005 to 2008 and is currently Chairman. He has specialised in Environmental Services cost management and has served on professional committees within the Construction Industry concerned with Environmental services. He works in major educational, commercial, industrial and refurbishment projects. Corry is a director with MMP Project Management Ltd. and MMP Health & Safety Ltd.

Kevin has been a director with MMP since 1999. He has specialised in financial management and in major residential / town centre developments. He serves on committees within the profession and has been heavily involved in MMP ISO 9001 Quality Assurance registration. Kevin currently works on educational, commercial, industrial, residential, leisure/tourism and refurbishment projects.

Noel has been a director with MMP since 1980. He has served on various committees within the profession. He specialises in hospital, commercial and major refurbishment works. Noel has a particular interest in quality of service and has played a major role in ISO registration.

Garry joined MMP in 1996, became an associate director in 2005 and a director in 2007. He works on both Private and Public sector projects. He is involved in major office fit-outs along with commercial, retail, residential, educational, medical and refurbishment developments. Garry is involved in MMP ISO 9001 Quality Assurance registration.

Trevor joined MMP in 2002, became an associate director in 2005 and a director in 2007. He has specialised in the cost control & management of Building Engineering Services and has worked on projects throughout Ireland such as the Institute of Neurological Sciences in Trinity College and Adamstown District Centre. Trevor has also recently completed the Building Energy Rating Assessment Training Programme, which enables MMP to provide cost advice in relation to Energy Certification of Buildings.

Gerry has been a legal consultant with MMP since 2005. He is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and worked with MMP from 1979 to 1989 and laterally from 2000. He has extensive experience in many aspects of the Construction Industry. He has served on many professional committees within the Construction Industry, and he is currently President of CEEC (Construction Economists within European Community). Gerry works on educational, medical, commercial, residential and refurbishment projects. He also works as a Conciliator, Mediator and Arbitrator on contract disputes within the Construction Industry.

Martin joined MMP in 1999 and became an associate director with MMP’s Sligo office in 2002. He is engaged in all quantity surveying functions on a variety of project types, including cost estimating, cost planning, tender documentation, procurement and reporting, interim valuations, interim cost control and reporting, and preparation of final accounts. Martin has joint responsibility for MMP’s Sligo office.

Miriam joined MMP in 1999 and became an associate director with MMP’s Sligo office in 2002. She is engaged in all quantity surveying functions on a variety of project types, including cost estimating, cost planning, tender documentation, procurement and reporting, interim valuations, interim cost control and reporting, and preparation of final accounts. Miriam has joint responsibility for MMP’s Sligo office.
