The project comprised of Corporate Headquarters for United Drug Ireland; office development of 6,000 sq.m. together with state-of-the-art distribution facilities at Citywest Business Park.
MMP provided a full Quantity Surveying service from inception to completion and were in charge of ongoing cost control and cost management services including value engineering.
