Overview
MMP have provided full Quantity Surveying services on multiple Distribution Services Units (DSU) for An Post throughout Ireland, including recent projects in Fonthill in Dublin, Letterkenny, and Tullamore.
Projects include conversion of existing industrial units, and new build facilities, to provide Delivery Service Units for An Post.
The finished DSU building generally provide for a reception area, mail sorting area, office accommodation, toilets, washrooms, kitchen/canteen, locker room, loading bay, entrance canopy, specialist flooring, DSU fit-out, and associated site development works.
New build facilities are generally a structural steel frame, with specialist cladding.
