This was a mixed use development in North Dublin which is to form the centre of a new town and urban area. MMP were cost advisers and carried out investment appraisal and value engineering for our Client.
The project comprised approximately 140,000m2 of development over a large basement carpark and formed a civic square and transport hub.
The development mixture comprised:

- Offices and Commercial 25,000m2
- Medical Centre 8,000m2
- Hotel 7,000m2
- Residential 75,000m2
- Leisure Facilities
